Per TRAI Regulations, promotional messages are delivered during 9 Hrs. to 21 Hrs. only. In case any call received/made beyond this window, auto SMS will be queued for delivery after 9 AM. So your app never miss any messages, auto queqe and delivers the messages.

It allows to manage the Prospects contacts through 3 ways:

• A. When you get a call/missed call/make call, the Mobile Number automatically synced up in SMS Logs. When you tap on (P), that Contact would move to Prospects List.
• B. You can add a Customer contact details directly by tapping Add Prospect on the Menu Bar
• C. You can import Prospects Contacts from an XL File if you have data in XL/CSV format Refer the How to Use video under Help option to trace how exactly it works.

It automatically sync up with Device Call Logs. Any incoming/outgoing phone numbers appears here. You use the option (P) to move the Contact to Prospects List or (C) to move to Customers List or (F) to mark as Frequently Used Number, not to send auto messages.
